Customer Acquisition
Welcome, one of the UK's largest personal credit providers, required a website to promote their new car finance division. It had to offer further information for customers arriving from press ads and provide a simple online enquiry channel that would route applications to the nearest showroom.
Our solution was a simple site comprised of four pages which illustrated the credit offer, range of cars and branch network. The final page was an online application form to help convert site visitors into customers. A tracking system was also developed to identify where customers came from and link web responses to cars sold, for a true indication of the value of each media channel.
